For winning Gold Medal in Hammer Throw
In 26th All India Postal Athletic Meet held in Srinagar from 31.10.2011 to 02.11.2011
It is worth mentioning here that the event was first proposed to be dropped due to non-availability of required cage. But due to complaints registered by the participants from all circles, it was conducted in the evening on 01.11.2011 in the open field without cage. Even there was no lighting arrangement also. The event was played with the lights of three cars and one bus.
