President of India to release Commemorative Postage Stamp on bicentennial of Old Seminary, Kottayam, Kerala

 

The President of India Shri Pranab Mukherjee will release a Commemorative Postage Stamp on the bicentennial of the Orthodox Theological Seminary or Old Seminary, Kottayam, Kerala at a function to be held at Rashtrapati Bhavan tomorrow (April 21, 2015).
