Information on vacant staff quarters

It has been brought to the notice of the Member (Planning), Postal Services Board, that large number of Type-I, Type-II and Type-III quarters are lying vacant in Postal Colonies. Now Directorate vide letter No. 18-05/2014-Bldg dated 13-02-2014 has asked all Circle Heads to furnish the information as per the proforma given below. Accordingly, the Chief PMG, Odisha Circle has asked all divisions / unit heads  to furnish the required information   in respect of their Division/Unit in the prescribed proforma immediately to Circle office by e-mail/FAX .
