Induction Training Orders issued for newly recruited P As

The Lower Grade Officials and G D S of Bhubaneswar Division, who have been declared qualified for promotion to Postal Assistant cadre and allotted to Bhubaneswar Division / Puri Division / Cuttack City Division / Cuttack South Division & Berhampur Division are   directed to undergo Induction Training at Postal Training Centre, Vadodara (Gujarat) from 24.01.2011 to 19.03.2011.
The copy of the Divisional Office Memo No. B-32/2002, dated 17.01.2011( 2 Nos) are reproduced for information of the members.

In pursuance of the instructions contained in Chief Postmaster General, Orissa Circle, Bhubaneswar-751001 letter No.RE/6-3/2010 dated 14.01.2011, the following Lower Grade Officials of Bhubaneswar Division, who have been declared qualified for promotion to Postal Assistant cadre in the Departmental Examination of LGOs for promotion to PA/SA cadre held on 06.11.2009 and allotted to Bhubaneswar Division / Puri Division / Cuttack City Division / Cuttack South Division & Berhampur Division vide C.O. Memo No.RE/30-23/09(Con) dated 02.03.2010 & 25.06.2010, are hereby directed to undergo Induction Training at Postal Training Centre, Vadodara (Gujarat) against the seat allotted to Bhubaneswar Division during the session commencing from 24.01.2011 to 19.03.2011.

The seats allotted should be utilized in full and the candidates so directed to undergo the training should attend the training in time positively. Failure on any ground, whatsoever, shall be viewed seriously. The following guidelines should be followed by the trainees reporting for the training programme.

1.         The officials should reach the training centre one day before the commencement of the training i.e. 23.01.2011 and attend the training class regularly from 24.01.2011 to 19.03.2011.
2.         The participants will not be relieved under any circumstances before 17.00 hours on the last day of the training. The candidates are instructed to arrange their return journey accordingly.
3.         The officials ordered for training are instructed not to approach the training centre for any advance.
4.         Admissible TA advance may be sanctioned/paid on individual application under the Head 3201-02-003-01 (Operational Trg.).
5.         Physical training is compulsory for all induction trainees. The trainees are hereby instructed to carry with them uniform (two sets of white pant & shirt, one set of white canvas shoes) for physical training and two passport size photographs duly attested by a Gazetted Officer for identity purpose.
6.         In case of failure to attend the training by any candidate as scheduled, his name will be removed from the panel.

4.         The Senior Postmaster, Bhubaneswar GPO, Bhubaneswar-751001. The amount of TA expenditure may be booked under head 3201-02-003-01(Operational Trg.). The official at Sl.1 above may be relieved in time positively.
5.         The Asst. Supdt. of Posts I/C, Bhubaneswar North Sub-Divn., Bhubaneswar-751001. He is requested to make necessary relieving arrangement in respect of the officials at Sl.2, 4, 5, 6 & 7 above.
6.         The Inspector of Posts, Nimapara Sub-Divn., Nimapara-752106. He is requested to make necessary relieving arrangement in respect of the officials at Sl.3 above.
7.         The Postmaster / Sub Postmaster, Sahid Nagar MDG / Nimapara MDG / Baramunda Colony SO / KIIT SO. They are instructed to relieve the officials in time enabling them to attend the training centre in time.
8.         The candidates concerned. They are directed to undergo the above training without fail.
