Sub:-      Staff Adalat  for the first half of 2012.

      I am directed to intimate that the Staff Adalat for the first half of 2012 to redress the problems of staff of headquarters region will be held on 23.7.20 12 at 15.00 hours in Circle office. Cases coming under the following categories will it be  entertained in staff Adalat.

1 .            Cases relating to Disc .Matters.

2              .Cases the disposal of which do not lie in the competence of Circle office.

3.             Cases which have already got decided and decision communicated either directly through (‘0 or through Divisions.

4.             Cases for which political references has been received and are being processed on priority basis.

5.             Cases for which service union reference has been received and are being processed on priority basis.

6.             Cases for which a staff has gone to Hon’ble CAT/Court and matter has been disposed/subjudice.

7.             Cases of GDS will be entertained but not the candidate applying/applied for GDS post for they are not staff.

 
             This letter may be circulated among the staff under your control calling for applications accompanied with corroboratory documents if any reaching this office by I 9-7-2012. along with your comments/detailed information. Application received after the due date will not he entertained.
