Sub:-   Payment of product promotion allowance to the staffs engaged in booking   of WNX articles:-Regarding

Ref:-   This office letter of even no. dtd.6.3.2013 with its attachment    sent by e-        mail dtd.6.3.2013 by 18.22 hrs

Sir,

            I am directed to intimate that in order to encourage the staffs engaged for booking of WNX articles, be paid product promotion allowance @ Rs.50/- per shipment as per the guideline contained in the Directorate letter No.28-5/09-GB dtd.13.04.2011 attached herewith . The product promotion allowance for WNX articles for the month of January-13and February-13 may be paid immediately. The product promotion allowance of WNX articles be paid for the month of March-13 to onwards by 10^th of the each following months.  

            Further, it is requested to submit the monthly WNX statement in prescribed proforma as required vide this office letter under reference by 5^th of the following month positively. In case of nil transaction in a month a nil report also be submitted to this office by the stipulated date.
