The President of India has given his assent to the
Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and
Redressal) Bill, 2013. It has now been published in the Gazette of
India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section-1, dated the 23rd April 2013 as
Act No. 14 of 2013.
