a.       The Process  to fill up of   Vacancies  relating to the years 2009,2010, 2011, 2012 of  MTS and Postman/Mailguard under Promotional Quota on  Selection cum Seniority  basis from GDS  has been completed or not. If not the reasons there of and no. of posts filled up under MTS and Postman/Mailguard for above years separately.

b.      The Process  to fill up of   Vacancies  relating to the years 2009,2010, 2011, 2012 of  MTS under 25% from Casual labourers   on Selection cum Seniority  basis  has been completed or not. If not the reasons there of and no. of MTS posts filled up under this category for above years separately.
