          The following Officials of Bhubaneswar Division are hereby selected to work as Treasurer and Asst.Treasurer in the offices noted against each below for a maximum period of two years from the date they assumes duty as such, in the interest of service .

• The officials so selected will assume charge as Treasurer/Asst. Treasurer on completion of tenure of the present incumbents.
• The officials so selected will assume charge as Treasurer/Asst.Treasurer with immediate effect in respect of the posts which are lying vacant.
• The requisite premia should be obtained by the Sr.Postmasters / Postmasters/Sub Postmasters from the officials and remitted to the Secretary, Postal Multipurpose Co-operative Society, Burdwan with necessary request for issue of Indemnity Bond. 
• Necessary charge reports may be sent to all concerned in due course.

Posting / Relieving arrangement

• All the officials will be relieved from their present post on office arrangement enabling them to join in their new place of posting on completion of the tenure of the present incumbents.
• Posting of the official at Sl 1 above as Treasurer, Bhubaneswar GPO is made in partial modification of this office Memo No: B.12-1/2013-14 dtd 28.03.2013.

1.            The Senior Postmaster, Bhubaneswar GPO, Bhubaneswar-751001.He will please depute a Suitable LRPA of his office to Nayapalli SO enabling Sri Sarat Ku.Pattnaik to relieve in time to assume the post of ATR-II,BBSR GPO.
