                With reference to the subject cited above, I am directed to request you to send the up to date CR dossiers/APAR for the last 5 years, Service Books , Special reports, Disc/Vig.clearance reports along with detailed service particulars as per the enclosed proforma and details of vacancies by 10.08.2013 positively. The names of the PAs with 5 years regular in the grade as on 01.01.2013 coming under zone of consideration are furnished below. You may also furnish the names of the senior PAs ( as per date of confirmation in PA cadre) with 5 years regular service in the grade as on 01.01.2013 who have passed PO&RMS Accountants Examination, if omitted along with detailed service particulars and required documents.
