Sub:	Odisha Circle Postal Basketball  Selection 2013-2014.

         

It has been decided to hold the above mentioned   Circle Level Selection on 09.11.2013 at Basketball Complex, Barabati Stadium, Cuttack. The selection  will  commence 10.00 A.M.

Entries of  the following officials have been considered for participation in the circle selection.

            All above officials may be relieved in time with instruction to report to Sr. Postmaster, Cuttack GPO on 09.11.2013 at 09.00 A.M. In case any official is unable to attend the selection he must intimate the reasons through proper channel to the undersigned before commencement of the selection, so that the arrangement for selection will be made accordingly. Accommodation for outstation participants are made available in the IQ & IR at Chandinichowk HO, Cuttack. Hence soon after their arrival they may contact Sri Amiya Kumar Mohapatra, DPM, Chandinichowk HO for accommodation.

            All players may be granted 1 day Special C.L. on 09.11.2013 plus actual journey time on individual application. All the players those who have already issued Identity Card must bring the I. Card at the time of the selection.

            All above players should note that T. A. and D.A. will be paid(on production of ticket) through shortest route to the players who will get chance in the Basketball Team.
