Sub:  Supply of information on pending Transfer cases under Rule-38 of P&T Manual Vol-IV and Community wise vacancy position in both Direct quota and promotional quota.

         I am directed to intimate you that it has been decided by the Head of the Circle that all Rule-38 transfer cases (Both unilateral and Mutual) of all the three regions are to be included in a common list and will be examined for disposal taking Community wise vacancy position in both Direct and Promotional quota.Hence you may kindly arrange to furnish a list of pending Rule -38 transfer cases along with the pending applications in complete order of your Region for necessary action at C.O.Besides,Community wise vacancies in both the quotas pertaining to the year-2013 and2014 may kindly be sent. A certificate stating no cases remained pending for consideration may please be furnished.

       This may kindly be given top priority.
