Circle office has asked the SPOs, Dhenkanal and Cuttack South Division to to send the APAR/CR dossiers for the last 5 years, Special Report, Disc/Vig. Clearance reports in respect of the following officials with 3 years regular service in LSG cadre as on 01.01.2013 for regular promotion to HSG-II cadre in Postal Wing.
