           In accordance with instructions contained in  PTC Darbhanga  letter No. H-4/Trg/Training Calendar/13-14 dated 07.02.2014 the  seats allotted to all the Divisions vide this office letter of even No. dated 20.11.2013, i.e.  Mid-Career Development Training Programme for Postal Assistants (MACP-I, II & III) from 24.02.2014 to 05.04.2014 is hereby cancelled. All concerned may kindly be informed immediately.
