          The following officials of Bhubaneswar Division are hereby ordered to be retired on31.03.2014 afternoon on attaining the age of superannuation as per the provisions contained in Rule-74 of CCS (Pension) Rules-1972.

Relieving Arrangement

• The officials at Sl 2 & 3 will be relieved on office arrangement.
• The Sr.Postmaster,Bhubaneswar GPO will depute a suitable PA of his office to relieve Sri Padmanav Samantaray,SPM,VSS Nagar on 31.03.2014 afternoon positively.
• The Sr.Posrmaster Bhubaneswar GPO will ensure relief of the official at Sl 3 and ASP I/C, Bhubaneswar North Sub Division will ensure relief of officials at  Sl 1 & 2  above on 31.03.2014 afternoon positively.
• The Postmaster,Ashoknagae MDG will also ensure relief of the official at Sl 2 above on31.03.2014 afternoon positively.
