                        Consequent upon functioning of the Express Parcel Hub at Postal Store Depot, Bhubaneswar w.e.f 07.04.2014 the  MMS Schedule-IV is hereby revised  which will have effect from 07.4.2014 is sent enclosed. All concerned including the Driver of the vehicle be suitably instructed to act accordingly.
