One day Mass Dahrana Programme of AIPEU GDS (NFPE) Odisha Circle branch conducted successfully in front of the office of the Chief Postmaster General, Odisha Circle on 05.08.2014


As a measure to the 2nd phase of struggle programme declared by AIPEU GDS (NFPE), one day Mass Dahrana Programme of Odisha Circle branch was successfully conducted in front of the office of the Chief Postmaster General, Odisha Circle branch on 05.08.2014 with the following demands. 

1.     Inclusion of GDS within the purview of 7th CPC to consider their wage revision and service condition by the 7th CPC itself.

2.     Departmentalization of all BOs and grant of Civil Servant status to GDS extending all benefits of departmental employees.

3.     To scrap GDS ( Conduct & Engagement ) Rules, 2011 as they are invalid and unconstitutional.

The programme was inaugurated by Com. R N Dhal, General Secretary, State Coordination Committee of Central Govt. Employees and addressed by the following leaders.
