A set of eight Commemorative Postage Stamps will be released by President of India on 3rd September, 2014 at Rashtrapati Bhawan at 1200 hrs. in the presence of Sh. Ravi Shankar Prasad, Ministry of Communication & Information Technology & Law and Justice.
