29th All India Postal Chess Tournament 2014-15 - participation of Odisha Circle team and coaching camp thereof.
 
The following officials are selected to represent Odisha Circle Postal Chess team in the above mentioned All India Chess Tournament at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium, Perimet, Chennai- 600003 in Tamilnadu Circle w.e.f. 06.01.2015 12.01.2015.

            Prior to participation of our circle team in the All India Postal Chess Tournament, it has been decided to organize a group practice/ coaching camp at P.R.C, Cuttack G.P.O. from 29.12.2014 to 04.01.2015. Daily practice will be held from 10.00 A.M. to 1.00 PM and 2.00 PM to 6.00 PM. Shri Ajay Kumar Nayak, PA, Medical College SO, Cuttack will be the coach-cum-manager & in-charge of the camp. Accommodation for out station players will be made available in recreation club of Cuttack G.P.O.
 
All out station players are directed to attend coaching camp with their beddings, playing kits and Chess Clock, so that they can accompany the team directly. No player will be allowed leaving the camp at any point of time with plea to bring their beddings and playing kits. After completion of camp on 04.01.2015, Circle team will move for Chennai along with the team Manager.
 
Shri A.K.Nayak & all the participants may be granted special C.L. from 29.12.2014 to 04.01.2015 plus actual journey time to attend the coaching camp.
 
For participation in All India Tournament, period of absence of all above officials plus actual journey time for this purpose shall be treated as on duty and they are entitled to draw T.A./ D.A. as admissible under rule.
The team will be received at Chennai Central Station/ Chennai Egmore Railway Stationfrom 05.01.2015.
 
All the players those who have already issued Identity Card must bring the Identity Card at the time of camp & produce the same in the A.I. Tournament. Those who do not have identity card must contact to the undersigned through manager of the team for making of the Identity card.
All are requested to maintain perfect discipline during camp and All India venue as well.
