                 Further, the Award function is going to be held on 27.01.2015 at Chennai. Therefore, following instructions may kindly be noted for information and necessary action.

        i.            The List Awardees will receive cash Award of Rs. 10,000/-, Rs. 7,500/- and Rs.5,000/- each respectively for 1^st, 2^nd and 3^rd for procurement of effective business to be given by Member PLI on 27.01.2015 at Chennai.

     ii.            It is requested to relieve the concerned awardees as listed above, in time so as to enable them to attend the function. Lodging and Boarding will be provided by CPMG, Tamil Nadu Circle.

   iii.            An amount of Rs 1500/- may be given to each awardee out of ASP ( Non- Plan) 3201-03-101-08-01-26 for purchasing dress for award ceremony-- white shirt, Navy blue trousers, navy blue tie for men and navy blue saree/ salwar kameez for women.

   iv.            Awardees will be travelling to and fro on Government expenses as per their entitlement. Travel expenses of Awardees will be got booked under Head TE (Non Plan ) -3201-03-101-08-01-11.

      v.            Travel plan of each Awardee may be forwarded to the undersigned.

   vi.            A brief Citation in respect of each awardee may be prepared and sent to DDM (PLI) by 12 00 hrs, 12.01.15 positively enabling this office to forward consolidated report by 12.01.2015. 

 vii.            Citation should be made covering following----

Name, agent Category, Name Of Circle, Effective Business procured, has he/ She won any such awards in PLI--RPLI in previous years, any other achievement for the Department Of Posts, Any other relevant Information. 

            It is requested to take immediate action on priority basis by providing the relevant information at the earliest on mail, so that same may be forwarded to Tamil Nadu Circle such that they can make the stay and other arrangements comfortable and for the smooth conduct of the Award Ceremony.  

            Details of venue of Function and accommodation will be intimated shortly on receipt of same from PLI, Directorate.
