of Post Offices
Bhubaneswar Division, Bhubaneswar

Sub:- Training on Atal Pension Yojana to officials
of CBS Post Offices on 19.01.2016
Ref.- Divisional
Office Memo No. B.12-32(Trg)/2003/Ch.II, dated 12.01.2016
Sir,
Inviting a reference to Divisional
Office Memo under reference on the above subject, this is to intimate that
while it is possible on the part of Ashoknagar MDG only to relieve either the
PA or the Supervisor for one sitting, offices like Bhubaneswar – 2 MDG,
Sahidnagar MDG and Utkal University may be closed if both the P A and
Supervisor are relieved at a time for the same sitting since no additional CBS
hands with user ID / Passward are available to run the office.
Similarly we are surprised to note that single handed SPMs who are
directed to undergo the above training from 2 PM to 5.30PM are not yet
intimated regarding their relieving arrangements to attend the training and
thus, it is not possible on their part to leave the running counters at about 1
O’ clock for attending the training.
Contradictorily, the CBS CPC has
instructed to execute EoD by 2 PM for
such offices which may not be possible if the above training order is acceded
to.
Therefore, we would like to request
the SSPOs to kindly modify the above order taking into consideration the ground
reality so that the officials can be relieved in time with suitable arrangement
and trained in phased manner without hampering the day to day work.
With
regards.
Yours
faithfully,
( B SAMAL )
Secretary
Copy to Com.
R C Mishra, Circle Secretary, AIPEU, Gr-C, Odisha Circle branch for information
and necessary action. The Circle Office vide its letter No. SB/52-63/2015,
dated 06.01.2016 has instructed Bhubaneswar Division to relieve 35 officials of
CBS Post Offices in a single day to attend training on Atal Pension Yojana. It
is practically impossible to relieve 35 officials at a time. So the Circle
administration may be appraised not to issue such order which is not possible
to implement.
thanks for information...
