Notice
is hereby given under Article 48 of the Constitution of All India Postal
Employees Union, Group – C to hold the Working
Committee Meeting of this Divisional union at 18.00 hours on 13.02.2016 in PRC, Bhubaneswar GPO.
The following shall be the agenda
for discussion.
1.
Observance
of Com. S. K. Vyasji remembrance day.
2.
Review of the proceedings of last
DWC.
3.
Organizational Review.
4.
9th Divisional Biennial Conference due after 14th
April, 2016 – Finalization of date, venue, subscription etc.
5.
Financial Review.
6.
Any other item(s) with the permission of Chair.
All the Working Committee
members are requested to attend the meeting invariably without fail. The union
shall be happy to have the participation of willing staff members with their
valuable contributions on various issues including memorable citations on Com.
S K Vyasji. Members having personal
issues are also cordially invited to the DWC meeting for discussion.
