Dear SPOCs
This is regarding resuming of counter operations for POSB business today i.e 02.04.2016. Please instruct all your CBS Post Offices regarding the following
DO NOT UPLOAD ANY BCP EXCEL TODAY FOR RD AND PPF subsequent deposits. Only new accounts can be opened with back value date and agent RD schedules can be posted with back value date.
Kindly ensure compliance.
