The Open Session was inaugurated by Com. Janrdan Pati, Vice-President CITU, Odisha under the blessings of the veteran P & T Trade Union leader of Odisha Circle Com. Bansidhar Mohanty at Mohanadi Bhawan, Mohanadi vihar, Cuttack - 753 004.
Presided by Com. R N Dhal, General Secretary, Confederation of Central Govt. employees and Workers, Odisha State CoC.
Addressed by Com. Giri Raj Singh, General Secretary, All India RMS & MMS Employees Union Group C and Com. P Suresh, General Secretary, All India RMS & MMS Employees Union, MG & MTS and all Circle / Divisional Secretaries of R-III and R-IV, Odisha Circle.
P-III, Odisha Circle was represented by Com. B Samal, Vice-President, AIPEU, Group-C, Odisha Circle accompanied with Com. B P Dash, Divisional Secretary, Cuttack City Division and Financial Secretary, Odisha Circle and Com. Rajesh Bohidar, Divisional Secretary, Puri Division and Asst. Circle Secretary.
AIPEU, Group-C, Bhubaneswar Division was represented by Com. Nihar Ranjan Pattnaik, Organizing Secretary.
AIPEU, Postman & MTS. Bhubaneswar Division was attended by Com. Sudhir Kumar Swain, Divisional Secretary and Com. P N Samantaray, President.
Confederation, Odisha State CoC was attended by its President, Com. M M Samal.
Besides, Com. Rabi Mallick, Joint Convener , OSOKEM, Com. Kishore Biswal, CS, AIPAEU, PPP Branch and various trade union leaders form AISEF, BEF, LIC, Sales Agent Federation etc also addressed the conference.
The Conference donated a sum of Rs.20000/- ( Circle Union Rs.10000/- and 3 RMS Divisions Rs.10000/-) to Com. Janardan Pati for the upcoming All India Conference of CITU at Puri during November, 2016.
