KIND ATTENTION OF ALL CBS POST OFFICES
Dear Comrades,
Kindly go through the eMail of Director (CBS) circulated to all
concerned which is self-explanatory. Now the CBS Directorate has decided to findout a solution for opening / issuing the Accounts
/ Certificates which are still pending pertaining to the last financial year
ending 31.03.2016.
Therefore, all are
requested to send the complete pending data of their Post Office in the
attached excel sheet immediately to CBS CPC, Odisha Circle through Divisional Office.
Please remember
that the last date for submission of required pendency data is 10.05.2016.

Subject: Regarding pendency of previous FY
Dear
SPOCs,
Many Circle are reporting that many Accounts/Certificates are still
pending for opening/issuing in finacle in back value date of previous financial
year i.e. 31.03.2016 or before 31.03.2016 for which deposits have already
taken and accounted for.
The last date for this BCP was 15.04.2016. Now, presently it is not possible
for open multiple windows in finacle for issue of current series of
certificates and issue of certificates with back value dates for tables
of different interest rates/maturity values.
So, in order
to over come this situation, it has been decided to know the exact
count to pendency to find a solution for this issue. Therefore, pl send the
complete pending data of your circle in the attached excel
sheet positively by 10.05.2016, otherwise it will considered that there is no such
pending data in your circle and no further request will be considered from any
circle in this regard.
