Dear All,

I have been informed that issue of  re-entering same e banking reference number in HAGTXP to allow rejected accounts to be again selected with value date has been discussed with Infosys L2 Team. It has been clarified that this can be done. Therefore, please ask users to enter same e-banking reference number again and accounts rejected will be listed. Select account by account and enter value date as date of acceptance of cash. By this way these account can be successful. 

Please forward this mail to all SPOCs immediately.
