Sir,
With reference to your letter cited
above, I am directed to intimate that the competent authority has permitted
your organization to be enrolled as one of the Business Post Customer in
Business Office Bhubaneswar with pre-mailing activities as requested in your
letter for posting of your regular mails.
In order to avail the Business Post
facility, you are requested to deposit an advance amount Rs.5,000/- in
this regard with Sr. Postmaster Bhubaneswar GPO in shape of DD or Cheque.
You are requested to prepare a journal for Speed Post articles in triplicate to
be made over at Business Office Bhubaneswar. The articles to be made over may
be entered serially in the journal and each article should be marked with a
serial bar-coded number.
In addition to the normal postage
charges for Registered and Unregistered letters the following pre-mailing
charges are levied.
