Com.
R N Dhal, General Secretary, Odisha State CoC, Confederation of Central Govt.
Employees and Workers, Ex-Leader, RJCM and Ex-Circle Secretary, R – III, Odisha
met with a fatal road accident at about 7 PM on 08.09.2016 just after Kathajodi
bridge while going on his motor cycle to Cuttack from his Gopal Pur residence
on NH - 16. His right feet has been
seriously fractured along with wrist of the left hand.
He
was narrowly saved and admitted to KIMS, Bhubaneswar.
The
members of AIPEU, Group-C, Bhubaneswar Division met him in the hospital on
10.09.2016. Required operation and plastering etc have been over and now he is
out of danger.
On
behalf of the entirety of postal employees of Odisha Circle , we wish him a
speedy recovery and active in his trade union activity.
