The following LSG (Postal) officials have been approved for promotion on regular basis to the cadre of HSG-II (Postal) on regular basis by the Departmental Promotion Committee in the case of pay of `.5200-20200/- in pay band I with Grade pay of `4200/- and allotted to the Regions noted against each.

PART-II
The Director Postal Services (HQ), Bhubaneswar is pleased to order posting of Shri Matal Singh, APM (Accounts), Baripada HO in LSG (Postal) cadre as APM (Mails), Baripada HO in HSG –II (Postal) cadre on regular basis on his allotment to Head Quarters Region with immediate effect.
The official so promoted will be on probation for a period of two years from the date of assumption of charge. The officials may exercise option choosing the date of fixation of their pay under FR-22 (1)(a(i) within a month from the date of promotion. The officials already given financial upgradation under BCR/MACP scheme and drawing the scale of pay of `5200-20200/- with grade pay `4200/- is not eligible for fixation of pay by virtue of this promotion.
Before relief of the official, the concerned Divl. Supdts. should ensure that no disciplinary / vigilance case is pending or any punishment is current against the officials.
Relevant charge reports may be sent to all concerned.
