                In pursuance of the instructions contained in Directorate letter No.1-19/2010-Trg dated 09.01.2012 communicated vide C.O. letter No.RE/6-1(1)/2008 (Rlg) Corr dated 17.01.2012,the following qualified LGOs are hereby directed to undergo “in house training” at Puri HO for two weeks with effect from 27.02.2011 (Monday).

The “in house training” (both theoretical and practical) will be imparted by the Postmaster & Deputy Postmaster, Puri HO for two weeks with effect from 27.02.2012 (Monday). The “in house training” in no way shall be treated as substitute for the formal training to be imparted by PTC unless it is so vouched by Training Wing / PTCs. The training will be imparted in such a manner so that the candidates can be posted to work in different computer modules, back office work till they are trained in PTCs. The LGOS should not be allowed to work in any branch independently during the above training period. They may not be detained on sensitive seats nor be deputed to man the counters.After completion of the “in house training”, the Postmaster, Puri HO should furnish a certificate to the effect that they have completed the training for two weeks successfully.
