Sub: - Filling up of the vacant
post of GDSBPMs
This is regarding filling up of the vacant post of GDSBPMs.
Despite instructions issued from time to time it is noticed from the Monthly
Performance Report submitted by the ROs and the Divisional heads under Head Quarter
region that there are still large number of BPM vacancies in the Divisions and
no tangible action has been taken by the Divisional heads to fill up the posts.
The matter was also discussed in the Heads of Divisional conference held on
13.07.2012 with particular emphasis by CPMG to notify all the vacant posts
within 2 months. But it is seen that the Divisional Supdts. have not acted upon
to the instructions issued in the Divisional heads conference. The position has
been reviewed by the CPMG with concern as the position remains as before.
I am therefore
directed to request you to submit report covering the following details for the
information of CPMG.
1.
The number of
GDSBPM posts remaining vacant as on 1.07.2012.
2.
The number of
posts for which notification has been made to fill up the posts.
3.
The number of
posts filled up from 01.07.2012 to till date.
4.
The number of
vacant GDSBPM posts for which no notification has been made till date with
reasons thereof.
Your report may please be submitted by 1st Sept 2012.
The PMsG are requested to submit the consolidated information relating to their
Region.
