Fresh instructions issued by SSPOs, Bhubaneswar Division for submission of Speed Post Incentive Bill.

Sub: Submission of Speed Post Incentive bill.

Inviting kind reference to this office letter of even no. dated 27.04.2012 and 14.06.2012 it is reminded that PMs/SPMs must certify on the body of the speed post incentive bill. No Office except Bhoinagar and Saheednagar is doing it. Hence it is strictly instructed to certify on the following points :

1. All the Booking/Delivery of Speed Post articles has been done through Speed Net and their data has been uploaded in Speed Net.

2. No OTA or honorarium has been paid for this purpose.

Again the delivery offices must certify:

3. 100% delivery has been done except those articles returned with the reason ‘customer premises being closed’ or ‘refused by the customer.

4. Letters containing Aadhaar cards are delivered in a timely manner i.e. within 14 days from the date of booking in case of Departmental Delivery Offices and within 17 days from the date of booking in case of Branch Post offices or within 7 days from the first attempt of delivery which is later subject to the condition that the delivery information in respect of all such articles be uploaded on Speed Net.
