sir Iam a BPM . knowing about the RPLI MELA I feel all we gds stsffs are the slaves (SLAVES OF SOUTH AFRICA) of indian postal departmentas well as thegovt of INDIA .The officers of our department enjoys the credibility of target filling but the GDS STAFFS are abused roughly daily as well as also beaten by public due to not issue of RPLI pass book , bond paper from three four years wago. while giving target we are given full asurance of supply of pr book and bond paper within the stipulated time.after achieving taget officers are treating who is ram ,who is dam. even we are abused due to rough saleafter service like reviaval or loan or surrender value or other services. if we contact spos or ddm office phonically for public grivance ,we are abused how dare you an ED to phone to this office, does your service bitter you? this is the behavior of our officers tomany of our gds staffs who dare to phone them not to tollerate the words of pubic. as gds a field staff he always faces different types of problem but they are always targetted by everyone both public and officers . so i request you please once think how in this type of critical atmosphere the officers of our department hope for taget from GDS STAFFS.
if trere is no coordnation between the gds staff and the postal officers ,then the india post will be remain like today forever.the postal department's all staffs like officers or other staffs behaves eachother like corporate sector staffs not like govt servant (BABUGIRI) WHERE there competition with other insurance company productsto fetch from public.
