Notice is hereby given under Article 48 of the Constitution of All India Postal Employees Union, Group – C to hold the General Body Meeting of this Divisional union at 10.00 hours on 10.02.2013 in the campus of Bhubaneswar GPO.

            The following shall be the agenda for discussion in the Working Committee.

1.     29^th All India Conference of AIPEU, Group-C, CHQ at Thiruvanthapuram from 10^th to 12^th March, 2013:

a.     Debate and discussion on the draft biennial report of the 29^th AIC to collect constructive suggestions/correction/amendments to improve the report;

b.    Resolutions on important common issues to be submitted to 29^th AIC for discussion;

(i)                   Cadre Restructuring of Postal Group-C officials;

(ii).        Postmasters’ Cadre – Delay in formation of HSG-I Recruitment Rules and fate of Post Master Grade – III;

(iii).             Issues relating to System Administrators / Assistants / Business Executives;

(iv).             Separate cadre for P O & RMS Accountants;

(v).             Problems arising out of  Project Arrow / Computerization / Modernization;

(vi)              Core Banking Solution;

(Vii)             National Postal Policy;

(viii)            Mail Network Optimization;

(ix)              Business activities of India Post and problems of Group-C postal employees;

(x)              Abolition of posts and closer / merger / relocation of Post Offices;

2.     Common threats before Central Govt. employees in general :

a.     New Pension Scheme and PFRDA bill

b.    Constitution of 7^th CPC and merger of D A with Pay

c.     Right to Strike

d.    Trade Union victimization

e.     Anomalies arising out of 6^th CPC;

f.     Problems arising out of implementation of MACP Scheme;

3.     All India two days General Strike from 20.02.2013 to 21.02.2013 – effective campaign for successful conductance in Bhubaneswar Division/Odisha Circle.

4.     Formation of AIPEU GDS (NFPE) – Role of AIPEU, Group-C / NFPE

5.     Formation of Mahila Committee

6.     Organizational Review – Collection of new membership forms

7.     Financial Review

8.     Any other item with the permission of Chair.
