& 14 will be relieved on office arrangement immediately.
2. The official at Sl.13 will be relieved on
29.09.2013 A/N positively enabling him to join in his new place of posting to
relieve Sri S.S.Mohapatra, SPM, BBSR Sectt. SO to be retired on superannuation
on 30.09.2013.
3. All other officials will be relieved on
joining of their successors.
4. The official at Sl.8, 9 & 14 are not
entitled for TA/TP as the transfer is made on their own request.
5. No leave of any kind will be granted to
the officials before joining in their new posts.
