Sub : Sports activities for the year
2013-2014 and inviting entries thereof
The Circle level sports selection in various sports discipline as listed
below will start from June, 2013. Hence entries from the officials are
invited those who are having good performance / record in the below
listed sports events.

Badminton (For senior upto 45 years For veteran above 45 years)

Table Tennis (For senior upto 45 years For veteran above 45 years)

Hockey

Cricket
12.
Wrestling
13. Kabbadi
The exact date, month and venue for the Circle level selection will be
intimated seperately. Each divisional sports board may sponsor names of
outstanding players having sports certficate from Club/School/College/
District/State /All India Postal Tournament participation. All the Divisional
chairman are requested to forward the entries (find the attachment) with due
recommendation. Without recommendation of the chairman No
entry will be accepted.
The players recruited under sports quota must be insisted to send their entry
in sports discipline in which they were recruited. It may be noted that
T.A. and D.A. will be paid to the players those who will be selected in the
Circle team only. However Special C.L. is permissible to all eligible
participants for this purpose.
Casual Mazdoors/ G.D.S. and RTP with less than 6 months continuous service will
not be eligible to participate in postal sports meet/ selection/ tournament
this point may be verified by the Divisional Heads before sponsoring their
names.
Contents of the circular may be given wide
publicity among the staff of your unit. The deserving entries may be sent to
the undersigned latest by 30.04.2013 positively.
