It is to intimate that willingness has been called for from eligible HSG-I(Postal) officials vide this office letter referred to above for placement in Postmaster Gr-III cadre. In response to the said letter, willingness has been received from following eligible HSG-I officials of your Division.

In this connection, I am directed to request you to forward their Special report, updated CR /APAR Dossiers with latest disc/vigilance clearance report and currency of punishment report, if any, to this office latest by 03-07-13 positively for consideration of their cases for placement in Postmaster Grade III.
Similar information/ documents in respect of any other eligible official who might have applied by the due date and omitted from the above mentioned list may also be forwarded. This may be treated as most urgent.
