mentioned All India Postal Football Tournament 2013-14 from 11.09.2013 to
15.09.2013 at Sports Authority of India Complex, Salt lake, Kolkata(West Bengal
Circle).

All above officials are
hereby directed to attend coaching camp/group practise at Satyabrata Stadium
,Odisha Council of Sports Ground,Cuttack from 05.09.2013 to 09.09.2013. After
the coaching camp, the team will proceed to Sports Authority of India Complex,
Salt lake, Kolkata. Circle team will be escorted by Shri Rama Chandra Matha,
SA, DA(P), Cuttack as Manager and Shri Santosh Kumar Prusty, SA, RMS ‘N’
Dn, Cuttack as coach.
All
are requested to join the camp with their bag and baggages, so that they can
accompany the team directly from Cuttack. Nobody is allowed to leave the camp
at any point of time with plea to bring their bedding and playing kits.
Attendance Sheet should be maintained during the above said period.
Participant at Sl No. 1,4,10,13
& 17 may be granted special C.L. from 05-09-2013 to 09-09-2013.
For participants from Sl
No 2 to 3, 5 to 9 , 11 to 12, 14 to 16 & 18 period of absence
for attending coaching camp including journey time for this purpose shall be
treated as on duty and official is entitled to draw T.A./ D.A. as admissible
under rule.
For participation in All
India Tournament, period of absence of all officials including journey time for
this purpose shall be treated as on duty and they are entitled to
draw T.A./ D.A. as admissible under rule.
Accommodation
for all out station officials will be made available at Recreation Club of
Cuttack GPO for the coaching camp. The participant are requested to report to
Shri Santosh Kumar Prusty, SA, RMS ‘N’ Dn, Cuttack soon
after their arrival at
Cuttack.
