Reconstitution of Motor Vehicle Disposal Committee for condemnation &replacement of Departmental MMS vehicles.

Circle office, Bhubaneswar has decided to reconstitute the Motor Vehicle Disposal Committee for condemnation of 2 nos. MMS operative vehicles of Sundargarh Division bearing Regn. No.OR-14C-7408, WB-03A-9059 and vehicle No.WB-03A-8454 of Bhubaneswar Division . The Sr. Manager, Mail Motor Service, Kolkata has  given his consent to attend the proposed MVDC. 

The Committee is constituted with the following members and will meet on 18.09.2013 at 10.30 hrs. in Circle office, Bhubaneswar.

1. Director  Postal Services, (Hqr.) ,  O/o the CPMG,Odisha Circle, BBSR : Chairman

2.   Sr. Supdt. of Pos Offices,    Sundargarh Division, Sundargarh                        : Member

 3. Sr. Supdt. of Pos Offices,     Bhubaneswar Division, Bhubaneswar               :  Member
