In pursuance of the approval of the Chief Postmaster General, Odisha Circle, Bhubaneswar conveyed vide C.O. Memo No. ST/45-Rule-38 dated 11.07.2013, Sri Aditya Devidatta Behera, PA, Konark SO under Bhubaneswar Division whose transfer to Cuttack South Division under Rule-38 of P & T Manual Volume-IV has been approved (in mutual with Ms. Suchitra Moharana, PA, Jagatsinghpur HO under Cuttack South Division), is hereby ordered to be relieved on office arrangement and to report at Divisional Office, Cuttack South Division.
The transfer of the official is subject to the following terms and conditions.
1. The official is not entitled to TA / TP.
2. The seniority of the official in the new unit shall be determined strictly in accordance with the provisions of Rule-38 of P & T Manual Volume - IV.
3. He will not claim repatriation to his parent unit at a later date before completion of 5 years of service in the new unit
4. The pay of the official on transfer will be fixed under normal rules of fixation.
5. All other terms and conditions of Rule-38 transfer as amended from time to time shall be applicable to him.
