Financial upgradation under MACP Scheme to the eligible P As of Bhubaneswar Division

In pursuance of the provisions contained in Directorate letters No.4-7/(MACPS)/2009-PCC dated 18.09.2009, 24.09.2009 & 29.09.2009 circulated vide C.O. letters No.EST/1-104/Rlg. dated 30.09.2009 & 08.10.2009 and pursuant to the approval of the Competent Authority to the recommendation of the nominated Screening Committee for Bhubaneswar Division (met on 23.08.2013) conveyed vide C.O. No.ST/3-1/MACP/2013 dated 30.08.2013, the following officials of Bhubaneswar Division are hereby approved for financial up-gradation under Modified Assured Career Progression (MACP) Scheme as noted against each below.

          The pay of the officials so up-graded will be fixed under the provision of FR-22(1)(a)(1) with clarification of Ministry of Finance, Department of Expenditure (Implementation Cell) O.M. No. 1/1/2008-1C dated 13.09.2008. The officials may exercise their option, if any for fixation of pay within one month from the date of receipt of the order.
However, the officials will continue to perform their duties in the present post until further orders. Further, the financial up-gradation granted to the officials under TBOP/BCR scheme on or after 01.09.2008 hereby stands withdrawn.

Whereas pursuant to the provisions contained in Directorate letters No.4-7/(MACPS)/2009-PCC dated 18.09.2009, 24.09.2009 & 29.09.2009 circulated vide C.O. letters No.EST/1-104/Rlg. dated 30.09.2009 & 08.10.2009 and pursuant to the approval of the Competent Authority to the recommendation of the nominated Screening Committee for Bhubaneswar Division (met on 31.07.2012) conveyed vide C.O. No.St/25-5(1)/2010 dated 27.08.2012, Sri Jashobanta Baliarsingh,PA, Ashok Nagar MDG  was granted financial up-gradation under MACPS w.e.f 01.04.2012  vide this office Memo No. B.12-47/2009/Ch.II,dtd. 04.09.2012

And whereas on review of the case of financial up-gradation of the aforesaid Sri Baliarsingh granted earlier by the screening committee on the basis of the up-gradation of his APAR granted from “Average” to “Good” for the year 2008-2009,it was recommended to give effect to the said financial up-gradation from 24.10.2011

And whereas the recommendation of the screening committee proposing financial up-gradation under MACPS w.e.f 24.10.2011 to Sri Jashobanta Baliarsingh was approved by the competent authority vide CO letter no. ST/3-1/MACP/2013 dtd 30.08.2013

Now therefore, it is ordered to grant the pay of the aforesaid Sri Jashobanta Baliarsingh,PA, Ashok Nagar MDG  so up-gradated to the grade pay of Rs 4600/- under the provision of FR-22(1)(a)(1) with clarification of Ministry of Finance, Department of Expenditure (Implementation Cell) O.M. No. 1/1/2008-1C dated 13.09.2008 w.e.f 24.10.2011.

The official may exercise his option, if any for fixation of pay within one month from the date of receipt of the order.
