Odisha Circle became the Champion for the first time in All India Postal Basketball Tournament held in Patiala , Punjab from 08.10.2014 to 11.10.2014 defeating Gujurat Circle, the champion for last six years continuously.
In the last match of super league of
the 28th All-India Postal Basketball Tournament that concluded on 11.10.2014,
Odisha beat last year’s winner Gujarat by 7 points. Odisha scored 56
points whereas Gujarat scored 49 points. Tamil Nadu secured the third
position.
