In the absence of the Divisional Secretary, AIPEU, Gr.-C in the headquarters, a team headed by Com. Dipti Ranjan Mohanty, Asst. Secretary, AIPEU, Gr.-C and assisted by Com. S K Swain, Divisional Secretary, AIPEU, Postman & MTS, Bhubaneswar Division served the Strike Notice to the ASPOs(HQ) for going on 2 days strike on 1st and 2nd December, 2015 as per call of the NFPE.
