Dated at Bhubaneswar the 15.03.2016
To
          Com. Ramesh Ch. Mishra
Circle Secretary, AIPEU, Group-C, Odisha Circle
          Postal Stores Depot, Bhubaneswar – 751 007
Sub:-   Problems in supply of medicines by CGHS Wellness Centre No. 3, Bhubaneswar
Ref.-   No. Appointment (LC)/CGHS-BBSR/12-16/3405, dated 18.02.2016 issued by Addl. Director, CGHS, Bhubaneswar
Dear Comrade,
The letter cited above under reference on the captioned subject is attached here with which is self-explanatory.
Due to non-supply of medicines by the CGHS wellness Centre No. III, Bhubaneswar to which all postal employees are attached, the beneficiaries and their family members are forced to suffer like anything.
The direction issued by the Addl. Director to the CMO I/C vide his letter under reference  for instructing the serving employees to submit cash memo along with ‘Allow to Purchase” slip to their office for reimbursement is itself ambiguous since no copy has been endorsed either to the Chief PMG, Odisha Circle / SSPOs, Bhubaneswar or to any postal authorities.
Contradictorily, as known to this union, the bills are not accepted by the postal authorities. As a result, the patients who are purchasing medicines to save their lives are under such compelling situation are remaining under an embarrassing situation.
As such, it is requested to take up the issue with the Chief PMG, Odisha Circle for early solution to protect the interest of the beneficiaries.
Expecting a line of reply on the nature of action taken in this regard.
            With greetings.
Comradely yours,
Attached - As above
(BRUHASPATI  SAMAL)
Divisional Secretary
