Rigorous Workplace Protest Demonstrations organized by NFPE Unions, Bhubaneswar Division on 04.07.2016

As per the call of the National Joint Council of Action, NFPE Unions, Bhubaneswar Division headed by Com. B Samal, Divisional Secretary, AIPEU, Group-C, Bhubaneswar Division and assisted by Com. Sudhir Kumar Swain, Divisional Secretary, AIPEU, Postman & MTS, Bhubaneswar Division conducted workplace protest demonstration during lunch hour on 04.07.2016  strongly condemning the insensitive attitude of the Govt. to implement the recommendations of the 7^th CPC without modification already sought for by the National JCA for which a notice has already been served to the Cabinet Secretary on 09.06.2016 to go on Indefinite Strike from 11.07.2016.

The protest demonstration was conducted on 04.07.2016 in front of the following Post Offices.

1.     Ashoknagar MDG

2.     Sahidnagar MDG

3.     Utkal University MDG

4.     Bhoinagar SO &

5.     R R L S O

Com. Anil Kumar Mohanty, Vice-President, Com. Lingaraj Sahoo, Vice-President, Com. D R Mohanty Asst. Secy.,AIPEU, Gr.-C, Com. Harmohan Dash ( P-IV) and  Com. Kantimanjari Bhatta, Com. Santilata Rath and Com. Nivedita Swain, Convenor, Chairman and member of the Women Sub-Committee respectively  also assisted in conducting the demonstration programme.
In addition, under the leadership of Com. Hemanta Kumar Sahoo, WC member and guidance of Com. Nabaghan Dash, Postmaster, Nimapara MDG, the lunch hour demonstration was also conducted in front of Nimapara MDG.
