Sub: Divisional issues referred to Circle Union – Request for intimating nature of disposal regarding

Dear Comrade,
Since long, this Divisional union has been bringing several items relating to the problems of this Division to the notice of the Circle Union to appraise the Circle Administration for necessary redressal. But the nature of disposal of  some selected important issues listed below are not known to this Divisional Union except item No. 11 to 15 which were only taken up by the Circle Union as known to us. We are also in dark whether the rest issues have been taken for discussion or not at Circle level in any bi-monthly / four-monthly meeting since we have never received the copy any minutes of such bi-monthly / four-monthly meetings so far . We are also in doubt, if any letter on such issues has ever written addressing to the competent authorities of Circle Administration since we have not recived any copy of such letters on the issues listed below ( except No. 11 to 15 ). Further to say that Item No. 11 to 15 also need continuous pursuance at cicle level since these issues though discussed  once only have not yet settled.
Hope, you will not disagree with me that the Divisional Secretaries and the Circle Union Office bearers are required to be informed about the activities undertaken by the Circle Union from time to time including the nature of disposal of the issues given by the Divisional Secretaries. The promptness shown in circulating the strike circulars is not at all witnessed in case of any other issues which is creating serious resentments amongst the staff members.
As such, it is expected that you will find it just and genuine to intimate us the disposal particulars of the issues noted below for information of the common members of this Divisional Union  who have the idea that either the Divisional Union is not writing anything or the Circle union is remaining silent on such issues.
