                In pursuance to CO Memo No: RE/30-22/2009 dtd 23.05.2011, the following surplus qualified candidates of Headquarters Region, who are meritorious among all the Postal Divisions of Headquarters Region for their appointment in Postman cadre and allotted to Bhubaneswar Division are hereby ordered to undergo prescribed training for 10 (ten) days with effect from 19.09.2011 as per the programme detailed below.

The Divisional Head concerned will make necessary arrangement to relieve the GDSs in time enabling them to attend the training in time. Before relief, the community of the GDS should be checked and it must be ensured that no Disciplinary / Vigilance case is pending against them. During the training period the GDSs will draw the usual allowances what they are drawing before joining the training class.

1.       The Senior Postmaster, Bhubaneswar GPO, Bhubaneswar-751001.

2.       Shri G.P.Kar, Asst. Supdt. of Posts (HQ), Bhubaneswar Division, Bhubaneswar –751009. He will please impart necessary theoretical training to the candidates for 10 (ten) days with effect from 19.09.2011 and furnish a certificate to that effect on completion of the training period.

3.       The Postmaster, Ashok Nagar MDG, Bhubaneswar-751009. He will make necessary arrangement for imparting practical training to the candidates at Ashok Nagar MDG during office hours for 10 (ten) days w.e.f. 19.09.2011 and furnish a certificate to that effect on completion of the training period.

4.       The Gramin Dak Sevaks concerned.

5.       All Branches/ Accountant / Steno, Divisional Office, Bhubaneswar.
