Sub:  Direct Recruitment of PA/SA for the vacancies for the years,2011 & 2012.

                   I am directed to intimate that notification for Direct Recruitment of PA/SA for the vacancies for the years 2011 & 2012 will be released through News Papers on 11.8.2012. The examination will be conducted by outsourced agency i.e. The CMC Ltd. The cost of each OMR application Kit is `.50/- only. The sale of forms to the applicant will start from 11.8.2012 and will close on 25.09.2012.

                    This office has despatched OMR Application Kit as per the particulars in the Annexure to all 35 Head Post Offices / GPOs and the following six identified MDGs in Odisha Circle.

1.           Boudhraj MDG

2.           Deogarh MDG

3.           Malkanagiri MDG

4.           Sonepurraj MDG

5.           Nawrangpur MDG

6.           Nuapada Tanwat MDG  

                   You are requested to arrange sale of forms from the counters of your Post Office to the applicants from 11.8.2012 onwards. The cost of each form should be duly credited to Government Account under head UCR with sub-heading ‘Sale of PA/SA OMR Kit’  on daily basis and the credit particulars be intimated to this office in due course giving disposal particulars of OMR Kits supplied to you.

                   Additional requirement of OMR Kits if any may kindly be intimated immediately.

                  

                   There is instruction from Directorate not to sale more than one form to one applicant.

                   Detailed notification for Direct Recruitment Examination for PA/SA will follow in due course.
