Sub: Holding of 4^th quarterly“ Pension Adalat” with Dak Adalat for the year  2012.

As per the instruction of Directorate letter No. 45-2/04-Pen (Pt) dated 17.5.2004 the 4^th quarterly Pension Adalat  along with Dak Adalat for the year 2012 will be held on 14.12.2012 at 11.00 A.M in the office of the  Supdt. of Post offices, Dhenkanal Division, Dhenkanal.

            It is requested to hold the Pension Adalat on 14.12.2012 at 11.00AM in your Region / Division / Unit and report compliance to this office positively by 18.12.2012 enabling this office to submit a report to Directorate.

   

            The case which requires settlement at Circle Office may be forwarded to this office latest by 08.12.2012 along with a brief history/comments/ suggestions for inclusion in Circle Level Pension Adalat to be held on 14.12.2012.

             This should be given wide publicity.
