Sub: Meeting of Odisha Circle Postal Sports Board regarding holding of All India Postal Cricket Tournament 2012-13

  

It has been decided that the meeting of Odisha Circle Postal Sports Board will be held on 4^th  December, 2012 at 03.00 PM. in the conference room, 2nd floor O/O The CPMG, Bhubaneswar to discuss conducting of All India Postal Cricket Tournament 2012-13 to be held from 16^th to 20^th Feb 2013.

            Following members are requested to attend the said meeting in time. All out station members ( other than Bhubaneswar ) may be relieved on duty and they are entitled to draw T. A. and  D. A. as admissible under rule.       

            All local members of Bhubaneswar may be granted suitable off from their duty to attend the said meeting in time.
